honestly depends if you like the mounts, portrait/adventurer plate modifications or music (you can preview all the portrait and adv plate rwards in the expanded menu -- all the bgs are just of each place though). I think all of the crafting ones from HW-ShB on are kind of worth you get:
-a big puffball
-a bunch of namazu carrying you
-a fucking tank

and /mogdance and /lalihop (and if you do the EW one you get /lophop which is strong too, but the mount from lopporits is a lot like one from an old pvp reward so it kind of stinks). no mount for the namazu but you get the bell collar which, I guess who cares you're all modding anyway. This is a great starting point and I don't have a lot to add, though I'd say for AoE / Frontline, it's a little harder to do since you don't get the free Blazing Shot, but it feels really good to end your Wildfire with Full Metal Field rather than using it in the middle.
