The party members have been solid so far, I’m not complaining about them. But beyond that - there’s only 6 males, only two of which are post-release characters. And 3 of them look almost exactly the same! We don’t even know anything about Fleuret beyond what it says in his short summary, because despite being a launch unit he isn’t in the game outside of being an idol! And none of these are good units either - the only one that people use is Leon to pump up other units.

I mentioned the rentry page because a huge chunk of this game's content has yet to hit global but people want to prepare for it, which is why we have a spreadsheet for future banners, future patch notes and balance changes, future events, etc. You can't open the global version of the game and learn what rev cards to farm for in advance of Chord coming out because she isn't in the game yet, you need to know how people build her in CN versions and try to find guides. It would be easier for people to just be able to click a rentry page to find said guides rather than seeking it out themselves.

Motoha reduces her big skill's CD when healed for at least 15% of her max HP, and likes max HP.
Phoebe provides max HP and damage absorb (2%). You'll need to hit fairly hard to reach the 15% with the absorb, but considering we are talking about a sweeper (aoe damage dealer), 2% can reach that. Say you have 15k HP (no idea how realistic that is), then you'd need to hit 5 targets for avg. 23k damage.

But until we get a third usable character of that element (Kasumi) there's literally nothing better you can do anyways. Likely at least. Not like Phoebe stops working just because you have an off element buffer around.
