A chemical in your body called adenosine is what determines how sleepy you feel at any given moment. Caffeine’s atomic structure is so similar to adenosine that it fits into receptor slots in which the adenosine would have previously gone. If you were eat a multitude of proteins which broke down into different amino acids using different transports, you could increase protein synthesis amounts per hour. That means if you drink a protein shake and then have a steak immediately after, your protein synthesis will be much higher compared to if you tried having 2 protein shakes, as your body cannot transport that much of the same amino acid per hour compared to the difference between the steak and protein shake combined.

I decided to research these chemicals for around an hour since people were thinking about it last thread, and its sure to help in league of legends if you have no brain fog. I conclude that you should be having taurine when you are burned out from spamming games.

Riot Games is incentivized to keep you at 50% Winrate.
How they are able to do it? THEY GIVE YOU WORSE TEAMMATES BASED ON YOUR MMR, AND EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY, BASED ON THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY POSITIONS YOU QUEUE FOR. IT'S ALL HAPPENING BEFORE YOU EVEN GET INTO CHAMPION SELECT.

This is why (YOUR) Solo Queue experience is so miserable.

You might wonder "how come?", the way League's Matchmaking works, is that they will try to make your team's total MMR equal to the opposite team's MMR.
THINK GODDAMNIT, NOT YOUR INDIVIDUAL MMR, THE TOTAL. If you are a Gold Player, and say you have 500MR, then you will be thrown in with 300MMR, 400MMR players, making you reach ~1700MMR total (4x300 MMR + your 500MMR).
Furthermore, I am highly of the believe their MMR system works in a way in which whatever (YOU) choose as Secondary, that same player on the opponent's team is the one to have the same OR higher MMR than your teammate.

People are playing the game on different difficulties.
Wild Rift MM got exposed when inting sions got to GM/Chall by artificially depressing KDA.
You have to beyond 1v9 to try to escape low elo, severely.
Meanwhile, a diamond support player can be high on fentanyl, and still win and climb with 0 effort.
If you troll too hard they put you into forced losses.
If your stats are too low (KDA, CS, Tower DMG), they put you into forced losses.
If you spam ping they put you into forced losses.
I have 2 accounts, one in diamond and one in gold.
Can confirm the diamond account is unironically 3x as easier, while putting in equal effort.
It does not matter what you do, this shit is pointless.
