No. Keep it anyway, just in case later down the road, but generally you should only ever really be using Agi 2 or WEX 2 on most builds. Aside from a few, which means you're giving up that for whatever charm. Which means you generally only want Agi, WEX or Burst + Attack 3 on Rarity 8.

Like most meta set ups, you usually tend to use;

Which means any charm you get needs to make up for the loss of two of either one of those.
There are some meta sets that don't use those talismans, for example one of the best LBG set ups uses Evade Window 5, which is pretty easy to get on the new Charms + some other Offensive Means which makes it vastly superior to the base game charms. But for everyone else, you're basically stuck only looking for only three separate charms;

But as long as you have "Attack 3 - W1", you're pretty much set.

You might save yourself on average, 10 seconds and if you get knocked down and or need to heal even once or you let the monster move more than a couple times, you've already lost that increase in time.

Yeah it's new. I recommend trying Wide with Focus 3 and focusing on doing charged shelling except during knockdowns. It's an extremely safe and high damage playstyle and you regen both WF after just 3 sets of fully charged shelling. Since you can evade during the charge you run Adrenaline Rush + Evade Window and your damage output is unhinged.

Focus effects WF regen on all attacks that affect WF regen. I think Focus 3 is unbelievably better than AB3 especially if you actually use charged shelling a lot. I forgot to mention but you can use a 2/3 shell and 3/4 shell charged shelling recoil to dodge attacks and have higher uptime, it feels really slick.

I don't like mighty charge. It's a shitty version of the lvl 3 big bang with a bunch of animation commit I don't like and it looks goofy.
As for the offset, well it's a mixed bag where it's fun for a few hunts but then all you're doing is fishing for them. Waterstrike was situationally strong (notably courage mode) but it wasn't this bullshit move you felt like you were forced to use it all the time.
I played str with sidesmash because I just like how the weapon is, not only that but they butchered all the inputs with sidesmash only being a thing when you're moving and other dumb changes.

I used to ran burst 3 with GL. In smaller attacks like single uncharged shells there is no difference between 1 and 3 in damage numbers if you use display whole dmg numbers only setting.
