On a sloppy run with teammates doing the most to fuck with you a built EXCAVA is good for about 18m so at worst it might take 5 minutes with just one player trying. I don't even run defense neutralization on that AT tree either since I use it for my mobbing page and I don't want to constantly reconfigure that page or open another copy of the same mod for a different setting.

Ever since external component cores I've replaced DEF on memory with Electric Resist. The DEF from an external is a drop in the bucket compared to the 28k you can get from cores but the electric resist might actually be felt when it matters. Same thing for max shield and toxic resist. If it's not an MP character it gets Chill + consumable on sensor, max hp and fire on aux. If for some reason I'm doing a shield build I want both max shield and shield recovery mod on processor anyway so it's just a single piece swap.

Yeah, run the hard defense or Kuiper mining missions and after a few runs you should have a decent bit saved up. Use them to catalyze your Descendants. An average hard defense run takes you from 1 to 27 in a single 10 round go, and maybe lasts 15 minutes at worst.

Okay, as someone who felt the exact same way early on, let me try to explain this as a fellow low IQ moron

1. Normal content: You do NOT have to keep floating in the air, you only have to activate your 4th skill in the air and then you can just stay on the ground and shoot. She is so overtuned that this is enough to clear quite literally all content except for.....

2. Wall Crusher (and maybe Deathstalker): You stay in the air with her 2nd and 3rd ability. 2nd will make her "float" and allow you to do more jumps in mid air. But you'll notice sometimes you cant jump anymore and you just keep falling oh noooooo.......but that's where her 3rd ability comes in, when you use your 3rd ability to instant reload, it also "reloads" the number of times she can jump in the air again to keep you up. So get in the air, activate her 2 and 4, then jump to stay in the air and use 3 to get more jumps when you run out of jumps (you'll naturally do this as you use 3 to reload anyway)

It seems like they're going with the idea that arche is just the magic version of evolution. Some humans have the chance to evolve on the spot and adapt to the situation they need to survive. Blair already has fire powers, but becomes one with it when that's the only way to beat the pyromaniac. Valby has to literally become water to survive drowning in it. Nell gains psychic powers to fight back against physiological attacks. Freyna's helped her survive the room 0 toxins. Then there's Dia and Gley not having any arche at all, until they absolutely needed it to survive. The main excuse for why so many humans just die instead of adapting can be compared to Dia and Gley's situation, along with the fact that some humans just randomly get arche before being put in any adapt or die situation. Also, how do I make it so a character has their own item set that they automatically swap to? Whenever I swap between characters, the new character is wearing whatever the previous character was wearing, and I have to change equipment from my inventory every time. There is also the blizzard grenade one, which let's you have about 2 blizzards for every 1 everyone else gets. I preferred The other two builds, though - I got really disheartened when I managed to stick a drop ship only for it to comfortably survive and fly away as though nothing happened.

Okay it's not that hard, because 3rd skill keeps you in the air so that's one thing down. Secondly you want to just hold down the mouse button to shoot to maximise DPS, so you know how long it takes to empty a mag, so you just press 3rd skill every x seconds depending on your mag size, that's extremely easy to get used to as muscle memory.
The thing you need to focus on is aiming for a weak point because that's pretty dynamic, aim at that and press 3rd skill every x seconds.
And 4th skill is up for a long time, plus you LITERALLY glow when it's active, so just press it any time you stop glowing, very simple. And you can probably time 1 with it too.

You have to keep track of how many rockets you spam so you don't run empty, which happens a lot if your runs are only a minute long on vep10. That's a pipe dream. The only time we were able to unlock real cosmetics was back in pre-season, where we had Bunny's personal quest giving us a backpack or something similar to that. We're lucky to be getting the outfit for free. Remember when everyone requested that the helmetless version of Descendant's base outfit should have been unlockable at the end of their quest, especially for Bunny since we see her take it off the first time there? TFD devs made Bunny and Valby's an S1 season pass exclusive. It can never come back too. Expect the bare minimum that we'll have to milk for as much content as possible. The devs have always been inept, even when their not greedy. None of their own ideas are ever good.

As for the 4.7% tech power increase (tech dimension tuning) that goes in an X slot at the bottom right. I’m using arche efficiency which is a stronger power increase at max 9.2% skill power. Since arche efficiency is 4 stacks of 2.4%, whereas sen’s is a flat 4.7% tech buff, I can see the QOL of using that, but as long as you’re not missing with her 1 constantly efficiency will give more damage.
All that said, defebse neutralization is the M slot in the top right, you can yse that AND one of the other teo in the bottom right.
This requires you skip on the cooldown node, but you get to -0.9x cooldown with retrieving her 2 so you don’t need it, and this will give you more damage.
Tldr; this build is better than sen’s, from a damage output perspective.

There was a large difficulty spike between season 2 stuff (sigma sector) and season 3 stuff (axion plains). I have no problems doing 400% invasion missions or sigma sector hard, but axion plains hard I have to run away unless there's a second person. Unless I'm mistaken, it also says there is no normal difficulty axion plains. The people who have been playing forever probably didn't mind it since they were strong when it came out but I just started like 2 weeks ago so my main characters are still shallow in the arche tuning boards and don't have their arche level 40 unlocked extra module and a few other things.
I did get to do 2 wall crashers, but I could tell I wasn't actually doing much damage, I mostly debuffed it and revived people.

Looks like I'll have to do a training montage and get powered up.

One issue I'm having is weapons. When I was playing Freyna, guns like the Fallen Hope and Secret Garden scream "equip me on Freyna" so gearing was obvious and simple. But now that I'm playing Viessa, I'm not really seeing anything that is so obvious. I like the Albion Cavalry Gun because it has a frost attack and I like stunning stuff, and Clairvoyance actually reduces the target's frost resistance so that's an easy one, but neither feel as good as Freyna's weapons. Hell, the entire character doesn't feel as good as Freyna. I feel like I'm doing more work for less damage. Freyan just tosses a poison grenade in the room and watched everything from one corner to the other die, while Viessa has to run around with short range and cast 20 abilities, and it's not really faster or better, it's just more effort lol. Maybe I'm missing something since I'm a new player and don't know every trick in the book yet but from where I'm at, Ult Freyna is better than Ult Viessa so far. Both inherently, and because one has guns practically tailored for her. But Viessa is cool (no pun intended) while Freyna is mean to her allies so I decided to switch.
