I'm somewhat convinced the people who insist there's "no custom content" either aren't paying attention or literally cannot tell. To people who do PvP and are over level 25+:
Does hunter fall off at all? The moment a decently-geared Hunter ends up in my match we get fucking rolled because there's no way to shut them down. WSG is basically just a game of chance, whoever gets the most hunters wins.
I'm fucking losing my mind of boredom, just want to grab a few pieces of PvP gear but this shit isn't worth it nor is it fun.

At this point I'm debating just going to MoP and playing with the declining playerbase since Epoch devs aren't paying attention to balancing and keep bugging out of PvP (Melee bug, incorrect cost of PvP items, PvP server crashing constantly, etc)

You time your swing timer so you can benefit from two seals at the same time during a swing, they made the window baby mode easy on this server and made the window bigger compared to how it usually is in TBC. It's easier to understand how it works watching a video compared to typing it out

Seal twisting is an unintentional bug that should have been fixed while providing a custom scripted alternative.

Nothing as demotivating as losing to a retarded troll huntard carried by gear that keyboard turns and tries casting scare beast vs a druid without cc setup.
Also the funserver stat bonuses and resilience means the faction that got the gear first wins even harder because on top of insane stat diffs they receive 15-20% dmg less. The bloat is so massive a lvl 19 warrior with the pvp set has more stats than average geared warriors at lvl 30, and they get to keep that edge by upgrading gear for one mark each. Wtf

The alliance have started just turtling in their base if they got 1 flag.
but I've noticed I get 2 marks, when they win like that.
I know i get 3 for winning and 1 for losing, so did the devs just up the number of marks for losing because they realized putting PVP gear in and letting the loser faction get 3x less marks was retarded or what?

Everybody gathered for the Epoch launch on July 27th (I think + or - a few days) and the servers came up and promptly crashed because the people running the servers had no idea how to do it properly.
So it immediately became the laughingstock of the wow private server community, and the way the Epoch team handled the fallout didn't help.
Shitposting ran rampant through the threads, with all the shills from the other private servers happily drinking in the tears of Epoch players (or would be players).
Meanwhile epoch devs kept turning the servers on and off hoping they could do a quick fix (they couldn't) stringing the playerbase along, as the thread posters would switch between hopeposting and doomposting with each restart.
After about a week of this shitshow, one of more experienced private server developers offered to handle the server scripting, got the servers fixed, and the launch under way (this happened about 5 days ago)

I don't get how this game can be so old yet people still don't get pvp flagging.
I had to explain this to my healer the other day after he got ganked by a group and was seething, as he didn't activate warmode, then he died again after ressing becasue he didn't realize he was still flagged and wouldn't move when we asked him to.
TLDR:
PVP on PVE servers in OPT in.
on a normal wow server you can flag at any time, enable pvp, you can also attack any one flagged for pvp while not being flagged and it''l flag you.
usually for 5 mins (15 mins on epoch), thats 5s of no pvp actions before you unflag.
On warmode, you're always flagged but get bonuses.
Healing, buff a friendly player who is flagged, flags you for pvp.
this is so you cant get a pocket healer who would be totally immune to being killed.
