What is the best boat to use if I want wind that I can't control and takes some skill by me to sail? And which boats can use the most wind systems in SL? So far every boat I've looked at is just one thing or another, do versatile boats not exist?

as for what you plan to buy:
- don't need 3 animation overrides. just get one that you like, then buy stand poses from various stores to fill it out. use the firestorm viewer AO (no one uses default viewer) to save attachment slots, script time, and easily add/remove animations in the override.
- face and body shape is not separate. also you do not need to buy them. just adjust the shape yourself, it's not hard at all.
- get clothes and eyes

seconding the suggestion to post a list of what you plan to buy so people can tell you whether it's good or not before sending it. also just demo everything inworld before you buy it.

It's cool you are just finding out about DoomedShip. Right now its pretty much just an archived relic on mainland. But it used to be in an A rated region and had a lot of alien rape poseballs. For some reason the sim creator had a change of mind and pulled out every last sex poseball in the build and then the sim plummeted in popularity. Then someone who owns mainland parcel asked if they could archive the sim and keep it as historic piece of SL.

This is what I mean about the business being run by morons though. Those customers do matter. The modders solved a problem in the game's ecosystem which has a high demand and no supply and made bank off it. If the businessmen were smart they would've shoved in with official modding support and pocketed at least another million a year for themselves.
