It's not a worse Odin because it can clear 3 targets instead of 1 depending on the board state. That's why the card is so strong, it's a do everything card like Sword gets. If you want to use it to clear board against Sword, you can. If you want to use it to do 8 damage to Rune, you can. Just the 3pp card that is either Apollo or Fighter, it gives you a game plan to directly counter what you are playing against. It's an amazing card that isn't a brick in some matchups.

Odin is super weak to multiple wards, this card can clear that board instead of being a brick in your hand. Cards with multiple effects are powerful, it's one of the reasons why Norman is so strong because he can draw, heal, and put up barrier wards depending in the matchup/situation. This is a card that can clear board vs aggressive decks or allow you to be the aggressor vs slow decks. Then in the late game if you're top decking against other decks you want to grind out it's both at the same time.

If you played Ward Haven at all you'd know that Marw's crest is actually extremely needed for them not to run out of Evos and eat shit. Oh it certainly is not amazing, but it's pretty damn good.it allows you to play something like Immaculate or Evo Salefa and get a full board clear without having to trade her into the enemy.
Of course, there is a very real issue of "you have to evolve Marw too" but such is life. The effect is just damn helpful if you Jeanne a board with 7 HP enemies, Salefa a board with 4 HP enemies, etc.
