Pace/Front are stuck with Red Shift.
(these are all based on positional requirements and CM being 9 umas which limits a LOT of them when they would otherwise be fine for pace)
You need atleast one accel skill. Two is good too for consistency but pace/front don't get a choice.

Like 90% of the run rides on getting consistent speed rainbows that aren't just Kitasan sitting on there alone. If I'm getting near 500-600 speed around the first summer I generally have some leeway to for some bad speed RNG, but if you're spending a lot of time trying to cap speed then you don't have enough to raise stamina.
