1)Ice Nova->Cold Infusion (deal more damage and create an area of chilled ground)

it's on gear which again means you're losing other affixes.
deflect is not for hybrid. sure you'll get a bit of it for free, but it's meant for pure evasion characters first and foremost, and if you want to cap it, you'll need to invest by going into the ranger part of the tree and grabbing evasion nodes.
