how do you get that

It's important to have the correct mindset about campaign v multiplayer. That being that a true Halo game is a campaign experience first and foremost.
I'd be perfectly fine with the CE remake having firefight or some other PvE mode as its "multiplayer" offering for this reason.
Halo CE/1 had multiplayer thrown in the game in the last few months of development for the same reason any multiplayer was in a console game at the time, it was just expected to be there. The campaign WAS the game, and the multiplayer was extra. Now, it did turn out to be really good and pretty addicting, but it's important to understand that this existed in mostly a party game atmosphere. Yes, there were comp tournaments, but they are not representative of the average Halo CE multiplayer session.
Halo 2, or really rather Xbox Live, changed this, and set this unrealistic standard of Halo multiplayer being the face of the series. It was never meant to last, but it stuck, even as CoD 4 and onwards drained the popularity 3 years later.

tl;dr
A PVE-only game is sorely needed at this point to correct this wrongdoing and artificial ballooning of Halo's multiplayer to be its core identity.

Yes but you keep it forever. Never goes away. The best part is that the devs don't care if you cheat to obtain the currency to get them. Some people even mod the currency right in and haven't gotten banned. Most go on Difficulty 1, which drops you in a small map, run arround collecting all the credits and then quit the match.

Some maps are built in Forge World, but they've also been modded to include stuff not possibly using only just Forge (Such as making Players Giant-sized for the Godzilla game type, or extending the dev-induced playable area limits, or adding campaign-only vehicles (like the Saber) or even unplayable vehicles (like the covenant Spirit). Sometimes you'll see these being hosted in customs.

There are actually also Halo 3 modded maps, my favorite are the Sandbox maps with the playable area size increased (you don't get shot/killed by the guardian cannons) where you can have large-scale tank battles at long distances.

It annoys me so much that I use either the FJ/PARA or HAZOP shoulders when trying to recreate the Mark V in Reach, because at least those look integrated into the bicep armor.

Arrowhead Game Studios made an ODST game before Halo Studios, formerly known as 343 Industries, did.

Why is SPV2 so loved but SPV3 is hated? Aren't they the same mod but 2 would theoretically have less features? Never got to play 2 so not sure how much different it is but I would prefer a modded campaign with more changes to vanilla CE as possible, otherwise I would just play vanilla CE if it was too similar to the original. It's the reason I haven't been able to get through Ruby's Rebalance. It doesn't change enough to look and feel that much different from CE, but SPV3 feels like a brand new game which is more exciting to warrant another playthrough. It doesn't matter if it's objectively worse than vanilla, it's the fact that it feels completely different and fresh which makes it interesting.

Was there an SPV1? Was that any good? I imagine it would have been similar to Ruby's Rebalance, especially if they didn't change the textures/models for everything.

I'm surprised there's no mod that replaces Spartan Palmer with Spartan Bocchi.

Yeah, seeing the side-by-side comparisons was neat. Helldivers' versions of the animations look so weighty too, like the guns are actually made of solid metal, Bungie's look like toys when they're reloaded. Granted, in the hands of a Spartan it probably would look like a plastic toy gun, but even the ODSTs reload the same way. I do wish they kept the original sounds though. Or maybe added to them. You pay 1500 Super Credits, and then you use medals acquired from regularly playing the game to unlock things in the warbond.
Warbonds are permanent, yadda yadda, it just means that you have to play some of the game to steadily unlock access to the things inside - about around ten or so missions on the highest difficulty, assuming you complete most side objectives and already had the Medal cap beforehand (250)
It's... not a good system, but it's what we have. Thankfully, medal farming is best done the same way SC farming is done, so if you see a lobby for SC farming, you also will passively get tons of medals.
The MA5C is on the first page, so you pretty much get access to it instantly.
It sucks, but it's what we have. Beats Helldivers 1 charging real-money only.
