I think Titan was the best presented, knight being the most fun. If you actually stretch Titan fight long enough he will use a new attack where he spams his ball attacks before sucking them back in. I think another reason why Undertale is more of a cultural juggernaut than Deltarune is because of timing.
Undertale released in 2015 when there was less meta video games about video games, less mystery lore twist games and less movie games while deltarune's chapters 2, 3 and 4 released after a lot of movie, mystery, twist, lore and meta games were released. This is why pizza tower is amazing because it helped stop the meta, twist, mystery, movie and lore video games trend in indie video games.
I don't want deltarune to conform to new trends but this is why I liked chapters 1 and 2 most which were slightly less meta, mystery, lore, movie, twist games and were more gamey, spamton neo and jevil are best example, and story wise it's just friends having fun in fantasy lands.
