I make sure to use her Ex 3 times when the enemy get the 3 marks, then after doing that, if I have her Ex charged, I used it and then do her Ex 3 times more, and if I'm on a stun window with the Ult charged, I unleash it, and then do 3 more Ex attacks. I don't think I'm missing anything, and I'm optimizing her Ex as much as I can, or am i missing something?

So as those two sets are 2 self contained teams in and of itself, it doesn't really matter where you go from here.
Like Seed? Roll and start building a team around her. Like Orphie? Do the same there or roll both if you like. Same logic applies there.
The only thing that might help speed things up if you REALLY want to force it, is rolling Alice and using the following teams:

The game has been handling powercreep pretty damn well so far, the only one that fell behind getting a rework and buff (Ellen) with hints given to do the same about S Anby. You can generally keep whoever you like relevant by at most replacing 1 of their teammates here and there, neither Miyabi or Yixuan need that any time soon though
