try Zoh B/Rey Y/Rey Y/Zoh B/Duna Y with Evasion Charm 4

slot in 3xCounterstrike (use one of the Lv3 slots, it's your biggest damage increase), 1x Agitator, 1x Latent Power, 1x Burst, 3x Divine Blessing, and you have a Lv1 slot left over

3xAtk artian hammer with Focus/Handicraft 3 slotted and with 1 Sharpness roll and no Element rolls is ideal
whether you slot Attack 5 or Critboost 5 depends on how many Affinity rolls you get

Thanks. I've only just now beaten AT rey dau though, and haven't even attempted tuna. I endged up going with full seregios because I fucking hate RNG weapons, and I like the idea of the synergy with the bladescale honing/adrenaline rush and hammer's dodges. Also for when I use SnS.

Only thing is, with full steve, or something like 3 piece steve 2 piece zoh shia, is that I run out of good things to slot in. I can easily max out adrenaline rush and agitator, and counterstrike I guess, but then I'm left with...peak performance or resentment or something, or just pumping evasion. I could probably optimize the armor pieces so that I'm not "wasting" so many 3-slots.

Yes, I believe nearly every monster still had those mats in their cap pool. I think 5th gen and beyond entirely removed any sort of unique drops to capping or carving and only put minor differences in the chances on certain drops.
The real ruination of 5th gen was allowing shit like tails to be carves or general rewards without actually cutting the tail itself.

im addition, 9* steve, gore, lagi, and jin are the only ones that will allow each box to give 2 charms

if i was making monster hunter i would have added more environmental hazards for monsters aside from rocks

Alright you're coping hard but I do want to explore what they were thinking with wilds. Offsets, clashes, and mounted combat might actually make sense in the context of fighting multiple monsters in herds but wilds does everything it can to basically ignore this idea entirely. In fact they explicitly give you the option to make the central idea of the game just go away. It goes back to what people were saying about wilds early on regarding how it feels like they wanted to make a totally different game and gave up halfway through because they ran out of time.

I'm the same. If you've got a WeX or Agi Talisman, even with a god roll, the only thing you're getting is a 1% damage buff or some shit. An anon the other day did some testing and found that in a 10 minute fight, you save like 5 seconds assuming everything goes exactly the same.
Which makes sense as the meta google docs and pdfs all say that a god roll charm adds less than 1% damage to your build.

So unless you're doing some off meta stuff like that anon above who got that Wide-Range charm, allowing him to get a bunch of damage related skills, you're not getting a significant change.

I think so. I'm enjoying it more than Rise, though I liked Rise too. I don't really see why people are upset at either.
However, it 100% is a fact it runs terribly. Even with a top of the line computer, without fake frames I can get above 60FPS on max settings, but I get severe dips from time to time. Meanwhile I run shit like KCD2 at like 200 FPS.

I can run wilds at 45-75fps it is a bad game do not buy it. You'll put like 40 hours into it and go "woah this is shit" and never touch it again assuming your IQ is above 90.

I find it's also been really good for weapon tax comfort skills. Focus/Airborne on IG, Artillery/ Load Shells on GL/CB, and Shot Type up on Bowguns, Master's Touch on most weps + enough space to fit Crit Boost or AB is extremely comfy. I didn't mention Rocksteady in my posts because I hate knowing that it's the only way to force a situation with a bandaid fix. Not being to AED a roar pisses me off as well. The SnS is ridiculously good in Wilds, which is going to make the CB look like a dud unless you like trading, wearing the rocksteady mantle and letting your cat heal the chip you're choosing you take or trade for.

If you count main story to credit roll, no obviously not. If you count the 9*s (side content), yes. Easily.

Wounding attack being an arguably superior gap closer to running slash because of focus mode added momentum fuckery, reduced guard hitbox to account for focus mode. A lot of freestyle CB speedruns is reliance on dps checks and rocksteady covering you as you meet critical partbreak/wound/stagger thresholds. CB speeds kind of always were more defined by the weapon's damage output rather than application of its mechanics. The problem of scarcity of openings is no longer a problem when your saeds and savage axe produce constant staggers, partbreaks and wounds because they have enough damage to do so.

Guard up doesnt work its not an unblockable, its juat crazy strong. Guard3 is a must. You block it by beef. Be warned, even with 500 armour and 30+ thunder res, you'll still lose over 50% HP when enraged and charged.

All that would happen is that hardcore players and cheaters would flood the "market" with their spare parts for a dime a dozen and new/progressing players would have no need to actually kill any monsters.
They'd just buy all the materials they need to finish sets and wouldn't need to grind for anything.
They'd fight the one monster they think is fun for hours on end, buying and creating different builds, only to eventually get bored and quit the game because the core mechanic that makes monhun monhun (the parts, not even the monsters) is redundant and basically gone.
