Looks fine, the only thing I can tell you as a healer is to start using mouseover macros or activate the in-game setting, so you don't have to swap targets all the time.
Also, just check other hpalas doing keys and warcraftlogs if you need help with the talents.

Prey is the first time they are adding difficulty modes to outdoor content. I honestly hope it succeeds because it's undoubtedly a trial run for expanding that gimmick.

The outdoor world is a complete joke so I will welcome actually challenging solo/group content in the overworld. When they otherwise do "outdoor content" like Nightfall it just ends up being insanely boring 10-15 minute slog of tagging enemies that die almost instantly or are boring damage sponge bosses.

It turns into a regular mount in your mount tab, but it can still only be used by characters who have done the questline, which in turn requires the staff. It's a very good storyline. I highly recommend it.
