Food review:
It's fine. The Hufflepuff one is the nicest (filled with brown butter toffee custard), the Gryffindor one is OK (cookie butter cream). I didn't bother with Slytherin or Ravenclaw because it's just toppings.
The sorting hat one comes with a pretty box and a colored mystery house filling, I got Hufflepuff and it tasted just like the regular one I had.
If you buy at least half a dozen you also get a cool themed giant box.
7/10 it's cool for the vibes. It was on my way when I was outside but It's a one-off, I won't necessarily buy again if not stopping by with friends. It doesn't top the original Kreme IMO.

I don't know how long ago you used to post, but some people left and also there kind of just hasn't been that much to talk about. MA is ongoing but new content comes out mostly in small snippets at a time, Quidditch Champions is rather niche, and people finished playing Legacy a long time ago (it did recently get more elaborate modding support, but that killed all pre-existing mods and the new ones took a while to really get off the ground).

What do you mean? If you are just talking about exploring the castle, i would say Legacy and the PC game of Half Blood Prince.

Playing Hogwarts Legacy for the first time and enjoying it. Only a few hours in but it's nice how the world is slowly opening up. I'm finding the "friend" characters so far pretty lacking, hoping there are more variety later on. My favorite is the Slytherin guy probably, though I wish he was a girl.

There's a Discord server called Azkaban Modding that has a lot (though most only compatible with the old version — there is a guide on how to revert to that version though) and beyond that pretty much everything else is via CurseForge which is the official method for the new version. The latter probably won't have that mod because it's curated; the former might though I'm not sure.

I honestly wouldn't have guessed, it's very rare to find a place inside this website that is completely chill about this kind of stuff, let alone have people encourage it. The content here before Hogwarts Legacy was mainly Hogwarts Mystery where people basicly only posted about the cute girls.

However when HL released it all changed . First it was just game talk, questions, etc. but very quickly a few people started to attach pictures of their characters with every pose with different more or less fitting expressions. Soon some drawfrens started to draw those characters in their artstyle and more people started to post with theirs.
Not long after we started to do "homeworks". Sheets to fill out that deepens the lore of our characters kinda gave them charactaristics. If you want to look over the blank ones, they are here

We started to do events like Quidditch (It was a little script that threw out some random rolled scenarios) but it was commentated by one of the posters like a real match and movie nights where we watch movies (duh).
With times memes got created people got closer to each other and became real friends, shipping and all this.
In the high times for some month, almost every thread reached the image limit because everyone attached their OC to the posts.

Well but with HL finished it got quieter, Magic Awakend sparked the feeling again for the first weeks but it didnt lasted long with most people and now it is pretty slow but mostly still comfy here.
Some people from this time are still very active, some just stop by every now and then, some dont post in the thread anymore but still visit Movienights, some where never seen again but we also got some new regulars through MA which is nice too.

As for what caused it to start, pretty much what >>537067503 said but also I'd add that for the very beginning, I think the first thing that kicked it off was Percy making the first yearbook, which was basically just a nice collection of everyone's characters with their name and house. Having that meant any characters posted were recognizable by name, which led to the first character homework sheet and then those also got put together in a collection (https://avatarizeme.neocities.org/hogwartsy2book/) and then things kinda went from there with more sheets and writing and stuff.
