2 is a hex that disables all dashing dodging, and movement based spells but you have to get practically right next to the enemy to cast it (synergys with 4) probably some sort of play on words with silence in the library/ she has to get so close she practically whispers it into the enemy's ear
3 briefly summons a decorated horse under a targeted ally, they cannot dash or use spells but have a drastic speed boost, can be self targeted and cancellable
4 is a summoned green knight that attacks a single enemy player, can be shot and killed but is incredibly strong, is ai controlled

I want Doorman's ult to use the long voices lines and not to do any damage to people inside it, just automatically kills them if the fail the parkour challenge and make it require a few extra jumps/slides/dashes to escape, it's primary utility is like a Krill ult but doesn't do any damage just sets them out of the game for a while

It can do some spirit damage on entry so you can use slowing hex or whatever and combo, but I also think it'd be cool if it worked on allies and it could heal them inside instead, being like a clutch way to save a teammate.

So is Deadlock the final name/setting they are going with?
