You play the 1/4 to clear while saving resources for your combo. She's ambush, you can bounce and reuse her. You can evo her while ambushed for crest and chip damage. Late game you can use her to clear board wide boards for lethal. Early game she also heals a bit helping fix one of forest's major weaknesses.

To the people in the last two threads that said something about Roach not playing the new legendary because "lol 4pp"
You play her the turn before you go for your Roach kill and don't attack with her. 4/7 with Ambush is pretty hard for a lot of decks to out, and those that can realistically out it have to spend half their pp doing so instead of setting up wards or healing, so it lowers the threshold for your Roach kill by a ton. 16 damage on turn 8 is way more realistic than 19 or 20.
It is similar to Lymaga in this way except it costs 4 so you can also set up Cairn or Godwood in the same turn, or use it as midgame removal if you need to vs something like Luminous Magus.

There's no balance in shadowverse wb, they don't aim for a healthy gameplay, their aim is to trick the players into believing they've any agency piloting decks at all. This game revolves into telegraphed decks and turns, and they manipulate not only the mulligan chances but the draw as well for both players. The player have little to no impact overall. I know this because

>for no reason at all you enter a losing streak up to 7 (this is an important number)

Let's say you're net positive, but then you go on a horrible losing streak, your net is 10 negative now, you get to win 7 games after that, now you're 3 net negative, the game will keep you in this loop forever. I know this because my net is always 3 off and if I go net positive, the next losing streak will kick me to 3 net negative again.

I would say both, you get rid of almost all late game wide boards. Once you clear there is no chance to rebuild. Forget Vuella ghost sevo, Cynthia Twinkletoes board etc. and if you play something with more HP Forest can just play 2more of them.

Long story short: Shadowverse 2 is rig'd to astronomical levels. From events to every deck, card and match mechanic. Nothing is organic ever. Your only intervention as a player are,

Also, as you can see face dragon isn't dead at all, I'm leaving this game for good after this. A functional deck will put you into the game's rig'd system. Sword (bs turn 4, 5, 6n7etc), Haven (bs turn 6n7etc), Rune(bs turn 5, 6n7etc), Blood (bs curve and turn 4, 5, 6n8 etc), Portal (bs turn 5 etc) and Roach are utter bullshits and all deadly as face dragon is as well. This game don't care about balance, it cares about their planned system running itself which includes the meta as well with little regards to anything else.
