Debuffers were useful in JP because they had no real knowledge about the game's mechanics early on, it took some time for the game to get datamined and all the hidden mechanics work out and understood, and then made available for the rest of players as guides.
In global all that shit was already solved by JP players, most people who bothered researching how to build for CM1 knew about debuffers and to over-prepare stamina with gold skills to make sure they wouldn't get crippled mid-race, and now even the casual player base know about them because they probably got fucked by multiple evil natures run after run, even in the open bracket. 1200 stam + 2-3 gold skills is already way more high than you would have seen in JP CM2, so debuffers will be even more useless there.
Debuffs will probably stop being relevant a lot more sooner than in JP, I fully expect too see three aces with stupidly stamina over two aces + a dedicated debuffer due to the cat being out the box by now.
