me personally? Sniper has a very low skill floor to become very good at; people overblow just how "hard" sniper is. With proper positioning and a slight bit of aiming you suddenly become an instant kill lazer machine from massive sightlines. Don't even get me started on quick scoping.

The update COULD come out as early as today, but that isn’t a guarantee that it will be today.
They worded the blog post like that probably expecting delays or whatever, so they don’t have to rush out an update by today
