yea, a few. afaict the only ways to train attack without getting hp xp (other than the old “intelligence” thing from classic) are through xp lamps, books, or quests that let you dump into attack.

stuff like:

quest rewards (waterfall, fight arena, etc.)

lamps/books from diaries, random events, genie, xp tomes, slayer rewards etc.

no actual combat method in osrs skips hp xp, bc the system’s hardwired to give shared hp xp for damage dealt.

so tl;dr: only non-combat xp sources.
