If the numbers track, the max level is going to be 5% from the rite, which is still a fucking pathetic number because those numbers stack without multiplying each other. The crash issue is the only thing they've mentioned not being able to work out for the patch 6.3. This patch was supposed to have crash fix built in and be released tomorrow. Because the patch doesn't have crash fix they are releasing it as beta on steam without the crash fix and will try to fix it till next week. If that happens the full version of 6.3 - the one that was supposed to have delayed crash fix will be officially released. The tomorrow's lesser version is 6.3 minus the crash fix.
