Is it just me or is this card sneaky good? It gives cards +1/1 but increases their cost by 1, it doesn't cost any PP to use the engage to buff and you can do it 5 times. It doesn't specify Rune followers either, so you can give the buff to Neutral cards. You can make the new 3/1 storm into an 8/6 for 8PP, Gilnalise becomes a 5/8 that turns into a 9/8 with drain (so heal 9 turn 8). You can also buff spellboost cards like Blaze Destroyer that still get cost reduction, so 0PP 13/11

Besides aggro abyss (it's dead), there aren't any decks that spam 1 health creatures.
You can only pile the spells after you play Gal and even then it's not hard to activate her crest once per turn without Nation. There aren't enough creatures that benefits from self damage for it to be worth it too. It's also a terrible turn 2 and turn 3 play and sword is not gonna let you spend 2pp to play it then 1pp each turn to engage it.
