For reference: The Arknights x Rainbow Six at the end of the collab had the AK poster-catgirl getting rid of every single IRL human weapon that the R6 cast left behind because after some thinking, she figured out that literally anyone with regular human-tier strenght and no particular talent or magic could use guns and succesfully injure or kill the important characters, bypassing their magic system (nobody discovered powder in their world, they use some really weak dust fuckery to shoot bows and guns, but the elements to make real guns exist in their universe) and if the powder and gun systems were to get stolen and details leaked, it would completely cause a total collapse and inversion of the power dynamics of their already fucked up diseased warring world as literally anyone with hands and eyes could pick up a gun and challenge named characters and have a non-zero chance at winning.

The AK world is really weak, for reference, back in the R6 world, the guys there succesfully reverse engineered the magic material into bullets but they did not use them any further because they found out that current IRL human developed calibers are way better than the dust thing AK uses which in some cases doesn't even harm properly after firing.

Now, with that gay ass context I just spouted, imagine what fuckery would happen to their universe if we don't recover loose abnormalities. As long as you have abnos, you can eventually figure out E.G.O extraction, which is exponentially worse than just discovering how to make IRL guns. Especially if one of the extracted items IS an EGO gun.

If you want to go full VN no grind then there's a cheat menu mod in the workshop, there's also a mod to make achievements work again even when using mods. There's also a no-grind mod that automatically gives you infinite books and pages once burned too. There's also a no base mod mod that lets you use 18+ passives at no cost. There's also a shimmering mod that I think was called no cost or just shimmering, i can't remember.

Funnily enough the no base mod passive one does requires base mod to not accidentally lock your nuggers when their passive go above 9, making them unusable, but otherwise the 4 mentioned are enough to just breeze through the game without thinking even once.

If you can, I would suggest not using any mod. But if you really can't spare time for IRL reasons, install base mod and the other ones that I mentioned + the dll one and that other one and you are set and just do whatever the fuck you want. The game is borderline kusoge with rolls and limited keypages anyways so cheating it back sometimes even fails due to how bullshit some encounters can be.

You laugh, but using this one for enemies and the True Shimmering one for nuggets together makes for some of the most absurd scenes you can get in this game.
Everyone rolling higher than the clouds, spamming mass attacks or insta-killing others and themselves if they use the wrong page. Also the game bricking and unbricking itself depending on the pages used that turn. Once had a Tiph kill everyone and herself with the Wrath ego page and the game sorta had no clue what the fuck happened and didn't end the reception until I used the cheat menu to forcefully end the reception but it didn't end it. Restarted the game, black screen on continue, had to press insta win again and it self-solved as the reception ended in a win and everything went back to normal. Stupid funny. Although Reverb Pluto was borderline unwinnable though. Distorted Reverb was also stupid fun.

I wouldn't say I hate it, but my opinion of it has definitely lowered over time. Partially because the main story has felt pretty aimless for a while now.
They literally spent probably a few years in a story arc in not!England being invaded by literal devils (that they actually invited in themselves because they're morons) where both sides were pretty unlikable and boring and I was hoping that they'd just kill each other off. And who I assume the arc heroine was completely useless, spent most of the arc looking for the magic sword batteries, and all her 'cool' moments just fell flat. Not to mention it feels like the main story updates even less frequently than Limbus.
Imagine Canto 3, except it was spread out over the course of a few years, Sinclair got his mark early but it doesn't do anything until Alfonso shows up in the final section and flips a switch, the civilians are terminally stupid and invited Kromer's inquisition to the village themselves because they figured there's no way that could backfire, and Kromer has basically no interaction with the cast beyond showing up halfway and cutting Faust in half and fucking off, and in fact you don't even face off against Kromer at all because it turns out she left to fight Demian and job (three years later).
(Granted, Kromer showing up out of nowhere halfway, nailing Faust, and leaving would probably be pretty amusing)

Ruina was easier than Limbus because with the keypage system, passive attribution, being able to build your deck of cards, and floors with powerful abno/egos, it's much simpler to completely break the game balance in two if you knew what you were doing. While Limbus you're much more limited in what you can do.
Like imagine Limbus if you could freely swap skill 1/2/3s between ids, or a team like 6 FS Healthcliffs and 1 Hong Lu and trigger 6 support attacks after Hong Lu attacks, or 7 Ring Yi Sangs all using their skill 2s on a target with enough debuffs, or whatever else you want to think up.
