The only people raiding with demo right now are people who just enjoy the spec more. Including myself. I find it more enjoyable to have to plan several gcd's in advance to set things up for perfect summon timings with demo than just mindlessly spamming chaos bolts with destro.

Demo has strict summon timings, imps aside, there are 2 to 3 summons you have to sync for tyrant and the best usage is tyrant coming up with all 3 on the lowest remaining timing possible, and for gloomhound specifically, 1 second and lower is ideal. All 3 have different cooldowns and durations. Naturally you have to use tyrant the very gcd it comes up, so to make sure that happens with your summon timings in perfect condition and gloomhound at 1 second or lower you need to plan more in advance than probably any other spec in the game, and the gameplay has to be methodical. If you are blitzing through content then delves don’t serve much purpose, but if you are playing a bunch of alts they are far superior to raiding or m+. For crafting PVP gear you need special PVP marks, which allow gear to scale beyond 697 baseline up to 723 in Arenas and BGs. You get those from doing BGs and Arenas. Per gear piece you need 5-10 of those marks.
But it will be a Myth-ilvl gear only in PVP - in any PVE it will be some shit-tier around Explorer track or so.

I briefly checked the right part before running it as a tank for the first time (since all tanks I ran with on my dps char went left) and saw that it's filled with the gargoyles that do group-wide aoe attacks.
So I just stuck to left like literally everyone else.
Now checking the keystone guru site, all the routes are left except the "Bunten" one, which are always somehow weird and feel like anything but pug-friendly, despite being named as such.
