Pretty much all my criticism for rivals has to do with how it feels to actually play the game. Design philosophy, character designs, copying the tank/dps/healer trinity without trying to make any changes to not fall in the same pitfalls OW did, maps are shit, audio is dogshit, general feedback is really bad so it feels like you're just a floaty guy playing laser tag no matter what.
