Another Kinematics for outfit parts below the waist (parts with movement bones in other words) has been implemented. There are application levels like the shadow shader.

Currently this applies to just the 8th anniversary outfits for now, with future gasha outfits, birthday outfits, and certain new purchasable outfits to be compatible. Past outfits will be made compatible over time.

The name of the hair kinematics has also been changed to be more specific about ahoge and floating hair regions.
