It's supposed to be a torpedo, to give Yidhari some credit she does have some nice octopus themed design elements.

The human parts design is borderline perfect aside from the Yi Xuan leotard. But it doesn't make up for how badly they fucked up with the tentacles. Even if you make everything else good, fucking up the main attraction of the design sours the whole thing.

A good amount of buffs will help that guy reach 20k with his favorite character.
I know casuals that barely hit 20k with Miyabi, average players are button mashers, just like in fighting games. In short, they need the extra wheels.

The real challenge is giving the noobs the extra wheels while giving better players tech so they can swag a bit. Just like Yixuan ult switching, delayed chain attacks and the just removed Seed ult swap.(basically shows hoyo doesnt want much tech in the game)
