Is the conversion from Cognition Crystals to pulls the same as the conversion from Meta Jewels (150 -> 1)? If so, then these training packs are surely worth it if you get enough Cognition Crystals over time from being on the monthly card, no?

The paid gems usually convert at a shit 1:1 rate, yes. It is generally better to save them for paid gem only things and only burn them on pulls as an absolute last ditch last day effort.

Head to the shop and check the "time to claim" next to the monthly card, it tells you how many days is left on it. You can stack up to 60 days' worth of claims I think but I usually refresh it when I'm a few days out from the rewards ending.
