Last time I stopped playing Coronation Day after falling into a cave with some water. If you dive into the water, you find a key at the bottom of the deep pool, and when you go back up the screen blacks out as you get some spooky text boxes, something like "You're content with dying because something greater will come of it". Then a Mario ghost shows up to talk shit, takes your key, and says you can get it back when you're worthy. From the Mario in the pool apparently dying, to the Mario ghost, it's even more obvious that there are multiple Marios, which is something else for which the GAY and RETARDED "Forest King" Roblox theory fails to account.

On the cycle after that, I met the black blob figure who showed up in the very first cycle behind the bushes at the start, except this time he was standing out in the open. If you talk to him, he says something about a game he played, and then walks left. If you follow, you can walk through the wall on the very left, which brings you to another segment where you play as Peach. It looks like the original, complete with the dragons that you can choose to kill, but at the end there's a message that says "WHY MUST YOU BETRAY ME AS WELL" (or at least this is the message I got; I jumped on all the dragons once but didn't kill them). Then the screen blacked out and the cycle ended. Who did Peach betray? This is another hole in the gay Roblox theory. Do Robloxheads have an answer for this?

The story's about an autistic man that gets into a group about manchild cartoon shows and then becomes parasocial with an artist there, then forms a relationship with her, then ends saying he got molested.
This is a barely-disguised confession about someone getting molested, and I know this because he's now a homosexual moralfagging on Twitter about 17-year-olds drawing porn, which would be more impactful if he wasn't obviously the kind of guy that liked this stuff. This makes the story pointless to criticize because it wasn't made to be entertaining but instead for the author to put a big sign above himself reading, "I got molested D:"
However, what if the story still was criticized? That'd be pretty funny!
This story's biggest issue is there's all this build-up but no pay-off. 80% of this story is about everything leading up to the grooming, but when the reader gets to the grooming, the story skips to the present where the author talks about how terrible it was. That's it? I've been listening for 8 minutes now and my pay-off is you saying that it was terrible? How could you skip the most important part? I want to see the grooming! Let me hear about how you got molested! Otherwise, I don't know if you really got molested. Sure, I can take your word on this, but that's not fun and I don't trust you.
Another problem is how pointless the context is. The story says the protagonist got into this group about manchild cartoons and it had all these people there, but that doesn't really matter. The manchild cartoon interests play no part in the molestation. If I was writing this story, I would tie the manchild stuff back in by having the grooming occur through the cartoons. Wouldn't it be so much fun if the groomer told the protagonist they were like Adventure Time characters Marceline and the Ice King? And for the friend group, they can play a part by maybe also grooming the protag!

To add on to this, it feels like Joe doesn't know how to write characters that feel believable. Now, this is something hard to believe, as we didn't see any writing come from him aside from a few snippets here and there, but those all lack the full context.
I'm not going to psycho-analyze him to determine if he's a good writer or not, as not only am I not qualified for that, but also, there's a lack of information.

Like, why did the Amy vessel talk about Undertale? Why specifically that game and not something else? Was it because the Amy vessel likes that game, or is it because Raven likes the game? Now that I think about it, we barely know anything about the characters outside of Sonic.

Was a timeline in reference to the real world ever given? Who knows, we know jack shit about the characters as there's no comic or game to refer to as a guide.

What I like about PC Port is that Joe's trying to expand more upon the vessels aside from Lord X, but while I'm not qualified as a great writer myself, it feels like Joe is just adding things without thinking much about it and he even said it himself that he doesn't know what he's doing.

Not everything needs to be explained in great detail, it's fine to leave some things up to the reader. But the characters just feel one-note and the story overall is lacking. We just know snippets and small notes, and nothing more. It's better than the old story, but there's still a lot of room for improvement.

The opening was a weird isometric Yume Nikki looking minigame where you were in a single story house full of weird creatures and you had to escort your mother to the exit while she berated you

The plant monster cutscene had low-poly 3d models of them in a empty black void
Then it got to actual Sonic stuff, with Hill being strangely mechanical, with no real sign of GHZ anywhere and instead a lot of broken down machinery with an all-white background
Near the end, there was a big pipe that went up at a 45 degree angle that you could try and climb to access a secret stage, but once Tails reached there I woke up and the dream ended
