I just got my Rebellion Dionysus set up. Fully bought into schema crit rate, but the stat screen is showing just short of the 40% crit rate needed to max out his buffs. I'm still torn about whether they're a good value (I understand you're not implying I should spend cognigems to get one since we can get them other ways, but it got me thinking about it.)
They cost the equivalent of 7 character pulls, which is nice, because you're only guaranteed a character every 10 pulls. However, you are missing out on the chance of getting a 5*. Long term, obviously not worth it, but short term, I could potentially see the value if it would help someone get a higher score on a content boss to bump them up into the next reward group -- however, an increase in awareness alone likely won't be enough to do such a thing.
