Air has always been even more autistic than that. AFK climbing for the first 3-5 minutes only to get nuked by some mousenigger from another galaxy. I liked air when it was still the only thing in the game and the game wasn't popular yet so I could do some cancerous stuff flying with a HOTAS setup and the instructor turned off. I got something around 250 kills in the A6M3 mod.22 for around 50 deaths exclusively flying stick in HB.

I just can't do shit in the F-104. Sure it's fast, but when I have to actually shoot at people it's just fucking impossible. It won't move in any direction that isn't straight, at all. It has the turn radius of a fucking planet around the sun, it can't pull any alpha, it can't keep up with anything that's moving at any angle relative to its flight path. And when it does manage to move laterally, it wobbles all over the place because it has no roll stability at all. I can't fucking do it.

It's always been funny to me how the WT playerbase decides something is overpowered, the TURM III was added in 2022, no one complained about it until last year, despite no major balance changes. 35MM APHE has been able to kill anything it faces since the Gepard was added in 2016, but only now it's the biggest problem facing the game. The T-72 TURMs was one of the most overpowered vehicles available from the day it was added, complained about constantly. Now it actually has better BR placement and it's recommended people not even buy it because it sucks.

Gaijin would have to cludge it in to being JAGM-MR to add any of the good stuff like a better motor and IR-seeker, but so far JAGM-MR isn't being bought and doesn't have a type designation.

Again ref to how they implemented Brimstone: they've not added the Brimstone 2 version of that missile, which has an improved motor for better range like JAGM-MR does, even though that's the actual version in-service on Eurofighter.

Crew change positions bro how new are you? The 2 positions you need are Driver and Gunner. If either of those seats are emptied and there are "Expendable" (eg not driver and not gunner) crew left, said expendable crew change seats. The "Agility" crew skill speeds up the process. You can get GJN from selling shit on the market or converting it from IRL money, and use GJN to make store purchases like pack vehicles, premium time or GE instead of using money directly. Or buy event vehicles from the marketplace.
GE is for ingame purchases only, so if you convert your GJN completely to GE you can't buy stuff from the store or marketplace with it.
Some Premium vehicles are sold ingame and can only be bought with GE, so you have to purchase the GE (as you said, either with GJN or $$$) before you can buy these ingame items. These ingame ones aren't packs as they are just the premium vehicle and don't come with extras like premium time.
