In Watson there is a scanner mission with Maelstrom raiding a train car full of netrunner gear.
You can find a conversation where they decide to reach out to the VDBs to sell them the gear since its stuff they might want.
In Pacifica Placide doesnt care to know who he is talking to and thinks the Maelstrom are scavs. Placide sends some VBDs to the meeting point to kill the Maelstrom and take the gear. The VDB gets thrown off the 10th floor in their own territory for trying to cheat the maelstrom.

...VBDs trying to fix a roller coaster that is "broken" because the breaker needs to be reset... they just needed to follow the wires to the clearly labeled box

Phara being a completely different person from Fara. There are a lot of characters with similar names or similar sounding name but are not related. Often feels like someone had a plan with the names of characters, but was ignored or forgotten at some point.

IMO pistols are very clearly meant for up close reflex type combat (like the Lexington) or stealthy one taps (Unity) or massive single hit chunks (revolvers) all of which kind of require instant trigger pull to shot transmission. Tech pistols all require CHARGING a shot to do any real damage, which just feels glacial when you're inches away from death.

This has been my theory, I ran an auto dissemble mod throughout the game. I talked with one guy though that also had a bloated save but he didn't run any similar mod or any mods that I ran at all.

This isn't the issue, something happens with your game that slowly bloats the save. There was no large increase but a slow build up throughout hundreds of hours of gameplay. I used the advanced save editor to compare my save file to one I downloaded from the nexus (both after completing everything in the base game) and my save file had a shitton of extra entries saved that didn't exist in the nexus save file. Like I checked a few categories and tabs and there were easily 10k-100k extra entries there in mine.

i think the problem is hardware related. i have crafted thousands of guns, and i have a habit of collecting everything. In older versions of the game there were qualities that seemed to only manifest on intel cpus, that amd cpus couldnt seem to replicate. like saving yourself from fall damage by using photomode.
i know of one anon that used to post here that was on a 10th gen intel cpu and for some reason auto saves never worked. I think they also had crash report files that were either a few Gigabytes or Megabytes in size.
so imagine youre engaging with a repeatable flag and something must be written to your save file. But if for some reason the cpu bugs out, maybe it tries to rewrite it again and again and again. And if there isnt some clean up function, the junk just builds up until there is to much garbage data to be functional.

I actually did have a hardware problem (AMD GPU Related I believe) of every character's hair turning black after playing the game for multiple hours. I don't quite remember exactly when or how often it would, but it would take at least 3-4+ hours before kicking in. Restarting the game would fix it. basically you save presets of your V in Appearance Change Unlocker. You save outfits for each V in Equipment EX. You find a set for the picture, Save the camera position in photomode, Stop time progression with Appearance Menu Mod.
Spawn a V, Pose them, load the photomode preset and take a picture.
Open the Apperance Change Unlocker and load the preset of the other V, dress them, pose them, retake the picture.
Take both pictures into an image editor and remove the back ground where the other V is.

if they have different Mods, you will have to make a Save, take the shot with one set of mods, then shut the game down, change the mods out and take the next shot.
