Put on an ice deco, eat your moxie(survive at 1 hp once per quest)+elemental resistance (L) buff and take your rocksteady+temporal mantles (ice+temporal if you're afraid). Aug: Affinity+health regen. If you suck ass, use fortify and use safeguard/insurance as your food buff (use gourmet ticket). Drink your megadrugs after each death, use max potions, etc. You should have literally 1500 armor, 35% damage reduction from all ice attacks (including velk's ultimate), ice blight immunity and another 70% ice damage reduction from the mantle if you take that. You quite literally cannot be carted in a single hit with that much defense.

Afaik it's only true for some very specific attacks and most of fatalis. Velk and Nam don't have any non-elemental elemental attack or at least none of the strong ones.

Other than that, it's classic velkhana. Wall bang twice, use crystal boulders, mount and break ice armor for a knockdown. Higher damage, x2.5 health, significantly harder to break. Bigger and more deadly attacks. If you're using fatalis weapons, the aura doesn't matter. Max dodge obviously. Roll towards her attacks, not away, never away. You almost always get hit twice if you roll away.

For the canteen, really there is only 2 recipes that truly matters in the endgame. 6 cyan veggies (moxie+elemental resistance L) and 6 red drinks (safeguard). Random skills are random and speedrun just cheat to get impossible combinations anyway. Damage buff and def buff are just bad compared to the effect of elemental. I personally don't even bother with moxie or eating most of the time, the only cases where I do is when I can reach 20% elemental resistance for the blight immunity or safeguard for 1 faint investigations.

Yea, the difference is way more stable FPS compared to my 3700x. While both can get 120 with FSR at the best scenarios, any action or playing with other people or in certain maps would bog down my 37x super hard and get me in the mid 60s.
