A Sonic X that committed to being a SatAM Soft-reboot/continuation (which the pilot already implied) and introduced Sally as Sonic's girlfriend would simplify solidify Sonally as the canon OTP and prevent any drama from happening.
Japanese Sonic Fans did not care about Amy at the time. Even to this day, JP SonAmy struggles against JP SonTails in terms of popularity.

US SonAmy got huge because X did gangbusters in the west.

If Sonally was in X no one would care about SonAmy.
It'd be as notable as Rouge being a thief, something so forgotten IDW decided to introduce a new thief character instead of just using her. Prime doesn't even feature it.

#5 - The drawing should be hand-drawn using an art program of the artist's choice. Drawings on a physical piece of paper should ideally be scanned, but a clear photo of it will work. 3D models are allowed if they are original, posing an existing model is not allowed. AI-generated content is not allowed.
#6 - Drawings heavily related to politics are not allowed. This includes any type of flag, symbol, or text related to real-world political issues or social movements.

If it's so related to Sonic that Sonic fans all know about it, I personally think it should be allowed. That said, I would encourage and appreciate if people drew Sonic characters, especially ones from the main game canon since we're on /vg/.
We could create a hard limit of the amount of drawings that include characters from another franchise, maybe. Like for example, 5 slots, and then if they're filled we remove that rule allowing it entirely so the only thing you're allowed to submit are real Sonic characters and Bump/Sage.

Actually Sonic does go fast if you learn to use the gems (particularly the Blue Gem), slide kick move, and play well by hitting all the boosting objects while not bumping into walls or other things. I believe that out of all Sonic game characters, Infinite is the one that is rotten to the core. He has no potential as a character at all without coming off as redundant of much better ones, and with the way this series is written, he will never go above the disaster that was Forces.
