3) has a function community of GMs who nearly immediately respond to player issues

In other words, it does what Blizzard totally fails at doing. So as a player, my sympathy lies with TurtleWoW.

It's such a shame because TWoW is genuinely such an amazing experience and actually provides what I've been wanting for a long time. An alternative timeline where they just keep updating the base game with new content spread out over different level brackets. It really does feel like it fits the game and the community itself is fantastic. And the biggest plus is that they take harsh actions against gold sellers and botters. The last one is what absolutely stopped me from playing classic for a long time. Blizzard can do whatever they want but if they servers keep getting infested by tons of bots and gold sellers I'm not coming back.

Putting aside that both faction Garrisons are automatically shit because of the forced Human/Orc aesthetic, I think I like the Hordes layout within the walls more, but the Alliance has a better exterior.
Frostwall's snowy landscape and bonfire pit is extreme comfy. It's more rounded as it dipsinward with the important buildings outlining it. Less boring than Lunarfall being built like a lane/street with a fountain as the central focus.
Also Frostwall Tavern is a way better building than Lunarfall Inn.
But outside the walls, Lunarfall's got a far better fishing pool and view at both ends. Outside the main gate has a nicer view of Shadowmoons grassy landscape. Even has some of the trees still standing beside it for the Druids to gather in for whatever shit they get up to. Whereas Frostwall's got a cave for their pool, which they also decided to have their garden in for some reason, sure the lack of sun isn't an issue on those flowers. And outside the gates is immediately a lava pool and jagged rocks and shit. Which, like, I get it, makes the place way more defensive, but they don't even utilize it with some old Alliance/Horde themes. Druids gather by the Alliance Garrison because nature stuff, could've had Shamans gathering by the rocks/lava and such for a heavier focus on the elemental landscape. Lacking them just makes me think damn, the Garrison would've looked way better in other places of Frostfire.

As a takeaway for housing, it's nice that you can pick your location in that regard, even if your locations are still limited and most people are probably gimping their preferences just to be with guilds/communities. Still fucking sucks they're sticking with Human/Orc themed by default though.
Even if other themes are incoming, big bets on they're not coming all at once. Tossed out one by one at best, and naturally Elves would be first because 'expansion theme', and copy/paste easier from the human theme they can just throw gold/purple over.

Hellcaller replaces the immolate dot with an instant-cast wither dot. You then press Malevolence as a CD (1min) to pump up the number of wither stacks every enemy has, and increase the number of stacks you apply to them whenever you spend soul shards. Then you just pump chaos bolts, rain of fire and soulburn to keep applying more withers.

The only silly quest line is with Chen and its pretty good. I cant think of any other main line quests that isnt just filler content that was like chens story. Plus Chen being the way he is was very Kino, its just lame hes not the key character for raiding and we get lorewalker chud.

Pandaria was a bit stinky at time but overall its not bad expansion, I agree the talnets were stupid as hell and the Valor grind was absurdly dumb. I genuinely liked reforging gear though. MOP doesnt get interesting until ToT and Siege, and Siege is a really good raid, one of the better and memorable ones

My favorite part is when the Nightelfs strike at the gate, when I was playing it for the first time (horde character) it was really damn cool, but now the entire game is just coop with the other faction so its kinda gay.

We've always been both. I would maybe argue that Blizz has also sort of told two separate stories, one for raiders and one for non-raiders. Ironically, the new zone does the opposite. You're a goofball in the cutscene (when normally epic) and a quest giver interrupts your poop grabbing quest and apologizes (when normally you have to do it). What is even the point of item level anymore? It only factors in when you are pushing higher and higher content, but you can do the casual solo stuff, including using the upgrade systems to just slowing work your way up to around 700. And 700 is more than enough to clear all the content, experience the campaign and do the raid. World pvp is basically non existent and if you are a pvp player you can just pvp to get high level gear for that specific task anyways which is seperate from pve entirely. You're basically just hoping someone looks at your character and goes wow hes 715 item level, no one gives a shit anymore. That worked fine when wow didn't have a main storyline and it was all about your adventures in the world, which you could freely beef up with lots of headcanon regarding the details, motivations, means of achieving your goals etc.
The problems began when the writers started forcing their OC "main characters" into these huge, linear and very narrow expansion-spanning storylines. Now the game is no longer about you roleplaying your adventure, it's about being a cameraman sitting in the cuck chair watching npcs hog the spotlight and all the cool moments, then acting as the fluffer when it's time to do some menial bitch work.
Wow used to be a place for players to craft their own stories, now it's a playground for failed fanfiction writers to make character arcs of their self-insert OCs in front of a captive audience.
