Speed scaling for your Oracle is frankly speaking really fucking bad.
The problem is that speed doesn't matter for much. Evasion and turn order. A BIG part of these characters is that they give you a healthy amount of bonus stats just for existing, for 4* it's 15%.

Now what do you think is more appealing. 15% of another 1000 ATK or 15% of another 50 speed. I know she generally needs speed to up her effects, but it sure is awkward. And it's not like taking ATK is that great on slot5, as there you want crit-rate (likely at least), because even if you only have 15% of 30% crit-rate that's still "free" 4.5 crit-rate.

Pretty chill. I got my Chord in the 50/50 and the got her 5* weapon in the roll before hitting the pity. No winds, which is a little disappointing, but it’s a little bit my fault for going up to 40 fishing for an extra makoto before so whatever.

If you skipped Yui you aren't going to have an elec unit for a while otherwise. Def not going to push Closer to 80 any time soon, but 70ing and pairing with Chord can probably put some work in on the elec velvet trials. Summer Motoha coming out in a bit should make some combo of SMoto, Closer, and Chord letting you get some more stars in the elec/bless trials.
