I just went in with my 2 Good, 1 Neutral 2 Evil, and Lana party and had zero issues with the debuffs.

I'm reaching the end game and I want to make an auto farming team, is 3 fighters front, 1 ninja and 1 fighter back a good idea? My autofarm team is 2 fighter/knights + MC in front, then Ninja/Fighter, Fighter/Thief, and Fighter Priest (to help clear status effects) in back. Lana being one of the front row units helps keep everyone healed.

Backline ninjas are a genuine pain to setup. They need 2x kunais of the highest tier + good stat rolls since kunais have lower base attack than even daggers, so good luck getting those.
At light investments, i.e. everyone has a +20 weapon and that Elmon cave armor, 6 fighters can easily auto through a lot of things.

The theoretical best auto setup is Abenius, good/neutral ninja MC, Lana frontline, and Kiriha, Rinne, human ninja backline. Benis' free auto is good for cursed dolls and some damage, while Lana buffs the front row. Ninjas have the highest theoretical auto damage (2000 hours in the ninja cave) and Rinne can give a massive +20 surety buff to Kiriha and human ninja.

You don't. Thieves will always do dogshit damage compared to other classes later on. Precision is low mods and hard to level up, sneak is low mods considering it needs a turn of setup. If we ever get a new level cap I hope thief gets a better skill but for now they suck.

I also have a THEORY that tolerance actually scales with resistance somehow. So if you have dumpstered RES, charm resist won't do too much, but with higher RES, you'll notice more of a difference. Could be as simple as just adding %chance to resist that status to your %chance to resist all statuses. But that would be REALLY HARD to test.
