If you're not gonna play entire other games, then as the other anon said, play through the main story until you can get the SERAPH Main Interlude. After that read Summer 3 (Servant Summer Festival). Those two have the most BB presence. She'll also be in next years Summer as well.

The only way you'd ever call the Taira "aristocratic" is if you were comparing them to the Minamoto (Genji) clan. Again, XX's damage will fall out after 1st turn. Yang's damage will increase after 1st turn. When that happens, she has 40k damage boost.
While XX's damage will decrease.
That means, what I already voiced twice, and it will be 3rd time, that XX is a good girl for one single spurt and then die. Which is, if elaborate, better if you want to kill some low HP guy within one of the 3 waves within 3 turns. Arguably, Yang probably will kill it as well since it won't have that much HP, because without SEs XX is better by 7k only.
However, when faced with HP bars, and including the fact that you can gain SE effects literally anytime unless you really want yourself to be a gigalucklet, Yang is better.
To translate this, XX is for a once in a few months trip behind the ramen shop and Yang is for long term affairs.

How do you get 3 NPs out of her when she only has a 30% charge? Also more damage is a good thing, because it means the Servant can be used in other fights beyond a specific optimal niche. And it lets you deal with enemies that have damage resistance like Cernunnos (who also had 4 health bars).

And most fights can indeed be cleared blind unless you're talking about LB7-tier gimmicks. But if you want to clear them blind, then you don't want to bring someone like Yuyu who gets screwed by Debuff Immunity or bad RNG.
