It's literally just another iteration of the idea behind Artifact deck.
This game is so dogshit with mechanics, relative to the first. Each expansion has been like 2 new viable archetypes and every time those archetypes make all the previous archetypes in that craft irrelevant.

yeah, it folds really easily to healing too. like the crest haven matchup is unwinnable if they clear your early board with a 3 damage aoe. there's just too much healing. there's games where you steamroll with loot because the opponent didn't draw well or you hit the early game into zirconia auto win that every sword deck can do but if they get a decent draw, it can be hard to win.

gonna be honest, i'm not sold on it being better than midrange sword in this meta. rune and haven don't play for board so the aoe damage nuke aspect is pretty inconsequential. sinciro is just odin with a good statline in most games.

I dropped her as early as set 2. She occasionally won games outright back then when aggro decks didn't open an answer for her but she just wasn't contributing consistently enough. Very often a dead draw, only good on curve with a sigil. I can't imagine she's better now in this meta with far more removal.

That's the problem with all sword and rune cards. They do too much, at no stat penalty. A&G should be 2/4 or 33 like other 5 drops that do things. Norman should be 3/3, Kuon should be 2/2, Zirconia should be 3/3 or 2/4, Sinciro should be 4/4 etc... Their fanfares are already extremely strong, there's no reason for them to have premium stats on top, yet on top of having the best fanfare in game, they also have the best stats in game for no fucking reason.
