Mina is not a character that needs buffs to her most basic, braindead tool.

She unironically needs a redesign especially when you compare her to other M1 heroes. Her kit just has very little going for her

You should be playing him like a really annoying bee. With proper door placement you're impossible to kill and your burst damage combo will let you kill anyone unfortunate enough to try and duel you.

The problem is most people neglect his gun and just go all in on spirit, which makes it hard to kill anyone. Getting express shot and headhunter early on will let you take off half of someone's bar with good aim and then your high burst will kill them.

i wanted vindicta's damned echo shard stake build to die and welcome basically every nerf stake got, but crow lost an absolutely absurd amount of damage, and flight only got a bit of base damage increase.
i'm concerned that perhaps the nerfs struck a bit too much collateral and took out spirit vindicta as a whole, rather than just the stake spamming playstyle. i wish they'd just bring back gun vindicta.

The hotel isn't win more, it's a very good tool for playing from behind since you can remove a fed hero from the fight allowing you to win fights that you wouldn't have otherwise. The bell and the hotel are great. It's the doors and the cart that feel underwhelming on him.
The cart is hard to hit because of the long cast time + travel time but the stun is a big payoff which seems good but you only get the stun at max level and anytime before that there's almost no payoff at all and it just feels like a waste of an ability. The design intention is obviously to be using it for repositioning enemies into bad situations with the doors but the doors are so fucking finicky to place that you can only really reliably catch anyone with door + cart in specific known locations that you have autisticly studied ahead of time.
They really just need to fix the door placement before they bother balancing any numbers on him because the doors being fixed will buff the cart and make the whole character so much more viable. I wish it would just snap to the nearest valid location that you are aiming at. Is there even any point to allowing you to aim it at invalid walls?

It was already bad, but the health nerfs make it so he just can not win any trades. 0 range, most engagements without a hard cc lane partner are a few seconds, barely enough to do any damage. Also several bugs I noticed with battery not healing on the T5 multiple times in a game and stun from ultimate not working. Early lane gun, you have no ability usage if they can keep distance. Early game life, no damage, early game spirit, hope they don't burst you. Not worth it just for a chance to be a late game god.

Why am I playing him again? Kelvin has infinitely more health and lane presence and a beam that's more damage with 0 of the drawback. They even buffed him last patch despite being top tier lmao. Damn shame Yoshi has no idea how to balance the game.

I've always played rat in shooters. If you're in low elo lobbies specially. Just chasing off people who push your unguarded objectives is enough. If they're pushing your walker, stay behind it, and peak shoot the candle guys and enemy players. If you have area control cooldowns use them.
