I'm certain most players are absolutely against having Resource Rumble or whatever the fuck its called in Quickplay and Competitive, but ultimately the complaints fall on deaf ears because the studio designers do not care about our input, they do whatever they see fit. I remember telling people here that comp was going to die because no one wants to play a gamemode where you cant lock in certain heroes at higher SR without getting a ton of shit from teammates, and will you look at that its a dead gamemode. it matches diamond, gm, celestial players in north america and it probably doesn't help that the game has hidden MMR so you get locked out of playing against a certain percentage of players if they're not almost equal to (You)r hidden MMR.

They should focus on damage for Jeff's ult. Make it smaller but more DOT so the little bastard can take only one or a few tightly grouped enemies and has to play hide and seek while the remaining enemy team can choose to chase him down before he digets their teammates. Maybe even have him move slower the more enemies he eats.
Eventually Jeff mains will learn it's better to hide and secure a kill rather attempting to sacrifice themselves for a trade.

Doing the math, Cap’s nerf doesn’t seem so bad. He’s dropping 2 points of damage. If my math is correct, that means it’ll take him 8 hits to down a 275 hp squish in instead of 7. 300 is still 8 and 250 is still 7. That’s without adding in a trusty E to finish them off quickly. Yes, that sounds bad for a character like Hela or Phoenix and similar to what I get. I have a gaming laptop from three years ago though, so I don't know what you have. My Phoenix has 40% accuracy on average so I don't know if that is bad or good. There are times I struggle to get kills in even Quickplay which is why although I like to play her I try not to play her in competitive because I will likely perform even worse than I do in quickplay. Also, despite me being on a laptop the fps for this game used to be much better for me when I first started the game sometime before Emma was released but then a few updates in the fps now degrades noticeably after one match. I usually start with around 144 fps in the first match but then after that it never goes back and tends to hover around the 70s and the 40s at worse. I really need a job so I can get a better pc.

You pretty much do not want to stack the healbots together, the ult economy becomes a bit too spread and they don't offer enough utility/damage otherwise. Ultron is the most popular 3rd right now but a good mantis or adam can do a lot of work. I think i've seen some RR as the 3rd with two conventional healers but unless your luna is allowed to harass a lot more in this comp I think it's pretty whack, but rocket is good in 3 support he just needs one of the more damaging supports with him.
