Like i am sorry but Exaltists just feel so damn boring. There is almost nothing interesting about them as they are basically Wuwa's Fractsidus since they are a human organization that worships the world ending threat but even Fractsidus has some memorable members in Scar, Phrolova and recently Cristoforo on top of some other hinted overseers to at least stir things up and play a more active role when necessary (and i am saying this as a person who recently dropped Wuwa due to their playable characters only being relevant up to their debut patches and then disappearing and have no intention to drop ZZZ so i am not biased towards Wuwa) and obviously Genshin have Fatui Harbingers and HSR recently promoted the Lord Ravagers to bring hype to their respective villain groups.

On the other hand who does Exaltists have ? Sara is decent enough but she barely actually does anything. She is always in the background, talking like she is Aizen like ''everything is within our plan'' or something. She is a decent face to be a high ranking Exaltist member but she is far from enough to represent them. Bringer was a one patch nobody, and now the only other somehow recurring antagonist we had that is Mevorakh is revealed to be Isolde. That is cool and all don't get me wrong but Mevorakh was barely memorable before the Isolde reveal and she is now dead as soon as she actually became a memorable antagonistic figure.

Exaltists feel so boring to fight because we just face some meaningless NPC characters with the same goals and everything. We need a group of high ranking Exaltists with remarkable designs to bring some new hype to the group and get people's attention because at this point there is nothing interesting about fighting them and it starts to feel like a chore.

You arrive, meet new characters, know their problems, do what you are supposed to do without stealing the spotlight ever, farts some NPC tier dialogue and everyone sucks your cock at the end to not make you feel left behind. They also edge you with some mysterious power that they don't explain ever just to stretch the story. What's in between the story is just to shill a new character power.
