On average, you are getting the rate-up character in under 110 pulls and IN ADDITION you are getting standard characters when you do lose.

The "breaking into someone's computer to steal files" thing being repeated with Riko is a microcosm of how much less interesting she is than Makoto, which is quite an accomplishment. When Makoto did it, she was put up to it by the rest of the gang rather than coming up with the idea herself, then when she actually does the thing she shows signs of anxiety the whole time and seems to be unsure of if she's even doing it right because Futaba is the tech-y one, not her. The bit where she's nervously looking over her shoulder trying to keep Sae at bay for just a little longer is one of the more memorable gags in the story.

Contrast that with Riko who, off screen btw, completely independently comes up with le epic hackermans plan with no help from the drooling retards in the rest of the cast, then like she's in fucking Oceans 11 perfectly executes it without breaking a sweat. And just to top it off, later on when the gang asks her to produce Akashi's employee id/password (which, btw, was like 11 digits or something? easily more than the number of digits most humans can memorize short-term, let alone recall hours later), OBVIOUSLY she rattles that shit off without any issue while Shun's retarded ass has to produce a notepad to write it down like a chimpanzee.

I'd say you should be fine on SMot and Futa day ones, but day one Haru would be contingent on how you did on the coin flips. Even if you get a string of bad coin flips I think you will get there on Haru before her banner ends at least, but you might not have the rolls to just pull her day one.

Kill the plant adds and avoid damaging the healer adds.
For the one(s) that drain HP&SP to heal himself, I went dedicated healer + All In Wonder with Titania, with Okyann as Navi. Top off everyones health as much as you can while still killing off plant adds. You want him draining as much HP from the party as he can so he heals quicker. Once you are caught up on killing plant adds you can have Okyann use her unused middle skill (Intermission?) to regen SP instead of damage buffing if Wonder + dedicated healer are running out of SP.
You can also buff max HP (Minami & Shun) to have more HP for the guy to drain, but just general healer+wonder heals is all I needed to do to cruise through it.

Oh on the miniboss with the transforming little pot guys: I was a little toasted when I did it but I think it triggered by trying to kill a little pot guy before killing the big guy? Single target the big guy dead first, then single target the pot guys. Again I wasn't 100% what triggered pot guy evolution, but even if it's random the fight only turns into a fuckfuckfiesta if you have two big guys active together, so just focus fire big guys first.
