I added a alternate perk in case one of his initial perks are bad (like landmine), i also added a secondary passive ability, much simmilar to dredge nightfall but i tried to make it as different as possible while still being cool

You can tell which killer mains are shit or good by how they rate Krussy. She's good, but you can't abuse head or you simply give the survivors too many mushrooms.

- Nocollision players still have a hitbox meaning they can bodyblock attacks, arguably better than before.
- Nocollision players can still throw pallets/use vaults meaning they can get in front and sandbag other players.
-Characters whose gameplay loop function around Slugging or pre 6-hook kills (Sadako, Twins, Oni, Plague) are severely nerfed

Meta shifts.
- the previous deathhook players are now encouraged to get in the killers way and block hits as often as possible against "Gold" killers (the term that will now be used for splitting killers who intend to keep their hook hud gold). Because they will be punished if they hook said person and can get themselves up if slugged
-There is now no incentive to pick up a survivor off the ground. Even without recovery perks, them recovering is 5 dying states vs 3 hook states
- Unless a killer is actively proxy camping, it is easy to heal reset off hook and thus healing speed perks arnt required.
- due to the unhook protection being 30 seconds and endgame slugfests being killed, reaching the endgame is now guaranteed escapes if you are not on deathhook.
- Genspeed Slowdown perks like GiftofPain and Dyinglight are completely unaffected by the Anti-Tunnel changes, meaning killers will still tunnel just with the Arinad build.
- most of the rewards for staying Gold are prevented basekit by slamming gens before the killer can reach them, hiding in a locker before the hook is done or staying within 40m when the hook is done.
-sabo spam in general is now much stronger now that survivors can just get themselves up
-Invocations are now useful as their counter (tunneling) is hardpunished

- while the 30s haste limits hard tunnelling, the majority of the changes punish players who tunnel at the end instead.
-A ton of oversights punish Gold killers and the rewards for going Gold are rarely worth it for lower tier characters
-This patch buffs the A and S tier killers who were tunneling from the start and encourages them to still do so.
-This patch hard nerfs B tier killers and lower who relied on 3genning and tunneling
-Survivors now interact with each other less due to easy resets and three core mechanics rendered almost pointless (Endgame, Healing speed, picking up)
The survivor meta is just slamming gens as fast as you can, or to run some variant of a forcedtoslug build that abuses Golds
-SoloQ rage will be even worse from players rushing over to pick up players who dont need it, as well as useless survs who dont do gens now actually being worse alive than dead

BHVR here to tell you the new exciting rework to skull merchant's power. She will be able to place five scouting drones around the map at any time. These drones will highlight the aura of survivors for 0.2 seconds if they stay inside the vision cone of the drone for 10 seconds, and will inflict the blindness status effect for 0.5 seconds if they stay in the vision cone for 30 seconds.

To counter this powerful new kit and to encourage counter play by the survivors for each drone active the survivors will get a stacking 10% haste and generator repair speed bonus. If the survivors can sneak up on the drone they can disable it, stunning the skull merchant in place for 20 seconds and disabling the skull merchant from placing new drones until a cooldown is completed. If the survivors disable all five drones the skull merchant will lose the ability to use basic attacks for 120 seconds.

We are updating the terms and service with this update and if a skull merchant doesn't deploy any drones in a match this will be a reportable and actionable offense that can result in the permanent deletion of the user's account.

In a functional MMR system you would never see a 150 hour baby killer being put against a 7k hour survivor, but it happens all the time (at least in my region). Most killers get brickwalled and quit before 500 hours, most survivors without friends likely quit in 200 or less, meaning there's an absolute glut of high high mmr survivors who have never seen a job application in their life, for a very small pool of equally high mmr killers.

The matchmaking isn't long because 'too many killers', it's long because 'not enough BABY survivors'. If you make all the baby killers quit by making onboarding even more brutal enjoy you 30+ min queues again lmao.

Again, the killer 'surplus' is an effect of how long it takes the matchmaking mmr range to widen enough to match the average killer (baby) with the average survivor (7k nolifer)
There's way more survivors but there's an artificial delay as the game tries to find a 'fair' match, gives up and then feeds the baby to the wolves.
The vast majority of games with MMR do this, they progressively increase search range as your queue time goes up which creates an artificial feeling of 'killer surplus' when it's actually an average MMR imbalance issue.

Honestly the easiest solution to discourage tunneling is adding conditions to strongest killer perks like anti-gen rush shit that they only become online after you have hooked a new survivor. Now to slow down the game the Killer will naturally prioritize the unhooked Survivor over a hooked one when they're both blind and stupid and doing the same gen. Meanwhile anti-slugging should be solved on the Survivor end, once again with perks that allow them to get back up by themselves and it gets faster the more other survivors are on the ground.

Rebeccas anti-hook perk proved that strong perks change Killer behaviour for the better so they should simply do more of it. And it also slows the game down naturally because in order to have those anti-slugging or anti-tunneling perks, they need to sacrifice gen perk or healing perk slots.

It really doesn't, because perks like Reassurance are counter-perks, not perks that are great at every match. Everyone runs Reassurance if theres a high pick rate for a Killer that likes to camp hooks. The moment Killer players get countered by the perk and change their behaviour, that perk becomes a useless slot and in turn slows down Survivors if they pick too many Reassurances. Thats only a good thing because that then counters gen-rushing.

So if the game would have anti-slugging perk, like say a downed survivor can pick himself up superfast if theres other survivors on the ground, thats a great counter-perk against slug-happy Killers like Oni. But useless against Killer players who don't bother slugging at all. Thats a good thing, because it discourages every Survivor from running that same perk or they will be less efficient. Overall the game should encourage Survivors specializing in a role separate from each other, like you have a team healer, the team gen rusher (risky role because priority target for Killers), theres the strong looper player etc.

if there is an ideal state of gameplay that creates fun and fair matches then requiring players to opt into it with a specific set of decisions (or suffer greatly) is retarded as opposed to just being a set of basic mechanics.
use meta perks or suffer vs using the perks you want to use. it just allows for greater freedom and player expression when they're not bogged down in doing/running these exact specific things.

yes perks work as strong fixes for tunnelling and slugging it's just, as usual, survivors don't want to use them because they'd rather run windows.

That should be easy, make Perks strong, but for every repeated Perk on each survivor it adds more conditions to the Perk. Same with items. If more than 1 Survivor brings a Toolbox, theres now a new condition that those Toolboxes are locked in Chests.
On the flipside add condition of hooking new survivor to best Killer perks, now Killers have to choose whether they hook the same guy twice and get no benefit whatsoever, or if they hook a new guy and slow down the game.
