I would recommend you keep trying out heroes until you find one that just 'clicks' with you and then one-tricking it when possible. Of course that's not always possible if the hero is super popular (Victor, Drifter) but its good to try.

What do you do when no one wants to be the guy that engage and have the entire ennemy fall down and spend their cooldown on you?
