No, you can run mortefi in triple fusion with lupa. And S6 mortefi gives 20% atk + 10% atk from static mist which can balance the 12% extra heavy deepen. But the difference will not be significative that you want one over the other (except augusta because of ths stacking shield), and with iuno you get healing in case you aren't running shorekeeper, and she should do more damage.

A character whose entire story relies on an overwhelming force to defeat only feels impressive if their enemy is impressive.

I liked it a lot, but then again i like all the patches in Wuwa so..
It's the typical rags to power story so you know what you're getting but the characterization is better than you'd expect. This type of character in a western game would be a charlatan using populism to get power but in here it's played straight and honest so you can look up to the character, but most importantly it's a strong female character which doesn't reek of the usual grrl powa power fantasy because you can see her character build up over time in the prequel story with the cards and you can then see her current form which doesn't stray from the straight and narrow in spite of everything, no matter what. It's basically a heroic character and those can be boring for certain people but not for me, because when you look at current world leaders, the biggest ones always have tragic stories behind them which never let them forget their purpose.

I really want a newer look for our Rovers now that the game found a better overall design direction from 1.0. They look good, but every time the Rovers share a scene with newer characters you can really see the difference in quality. It could even be a cool interlude story beat between locations, Rover returns to the Black Shores and Shorekeeper (or other character) notes that his/her clothes are all beaten up, but that she has something prepared already and Rover finally receives a Black Shores themed outfit.

Hey anon, consider the following, Augusta gets crit rate traces + crit rate sig weapon (low amount) and a crit rate 4 cost echo, meaning you can cheapen out on one piece without crit rate, and you will have around 73/75% crit rate.

It's nothing major and you can always just come back to her 4 cost echo later on if you wish to improve it.
