ult luna is probably the most significant change they'd done to a character compared to the regular version. Battle Concert at least from what I've seen plays completely different from base Luna. She also gets new remixed songs.

Idk I keep trying this game again and the conclusion every time is that it's just bad.

It's a game about boss fights, but the fights are horribly inconsistent and poorly balanced because they're made for one specific team comp and the timing of everything wildly changes with a different team comp.
It feels fun to barely get them done with a team comp it's not made for, and not having their BiS reactor and so on,
But funnily enough the fights can feel even worse with a "good" team comp which is constantly freezing or shocking the enemy, say like the mech Storm Hanger, which stops it from doing its attack chain which will daze a ton and lead into chain attack. So you actually have to sit there doing fucking nothing for 10 seconds.

There is obvious problems with the limited controls they decided to go with, only having four buttons. You'd think they'd have learned from Warframe that it's better to have a gay character. And both had an issue of having to craft catalysts.

A lot of the characters and art is great but this game design is atrocious. And not just in the boss fights, but in the shop skins.

I've been seeing tons of people arguing that the new box system in the axion planes is too harsh. I am kinda neutral in this.

On one hand, I felt the amorphous material was too easy. Stabilizers trivialized the grind for me. I never ran out of stabilizers grinding for any decendant or weapon (I have all descendants except ult luna and halfway maxed out on ERASER) and I now have hundreds of stabilizers since they have moved away from that system.

On the other hand, seeing a 1% increase in the dedicated box for ult luna or the husky is rough. And its not even for a specific part you need. It turns the grind into tedious instead of fun.

I think the best middle ground is the void vessel system. Where the better you perform, you get "higher tier" boxes which favor the part you need while still leaving a grind and potential RNG obstacle. Its hard to find a middle ground between "we want you to have these new characters/wepons" but also "we want this content to last for the next month"

What do you guys think? Am I alone in thinking the amorphous system is too "easy"? What system would you implement?

Unless I’ve missed a large (grindable) one somewhere, it’d seem that the only large diorama is the White-night Gulch one - and it’s solely obtainable through the shop.

It appears that there’s a place for one large and one medium diorama in the lounge, and I’d assume that you can’t put a medium one in the large one and vice versa.

And it looks like that the Void Intercept Battle (medium) is the only one that’s obtainable by playing the game.

Unless I’m missing something here, I’m a bit disappointed that you’re left with a large empty box in the middle of the lounge, unless you splurge 1000 Caliber on the large diorama from the shop.

I’m absolutely not against the devs putting purchasable cosmetics into the game, it being free to play and all, but this seems like a bit of a strange oversight. I’ve purchased plenty of skins myself, but I’m not going to purchase the collectibles. I’d like to earn those through playing the game.

True. That game makes Magnum look like Nexon's junior B team. Every thing in vindictus is better in terms of quality. The gameplay is also more varied and the cosmetics are top tier. It's only missing lower body physics but that will never come to an Eastern appealing game.

With regards to TFD, a bunch of the characters actually speak in a way that you'd think they're speaking nihongo despite being in korean. Freyna, Bunny, Valby for example come into mind. Freyna even says something similar to mendokusai/めんどくさい whenever she gets hit or her shields get broken. Valby and Luna also say mouuuu when they receive heavy damage. I have watched my fair share of K-dramas in the past and korean characters never speak like this.

TC still has uses especially if you put in thunder dmg mods. Not everyone has maxed malevolent and TC uses gen rounds so easier to resupply mid combat. No gun has been as reliable as it is in terms of mobbing imo. Even with guns like Albion Cavalry especially since that thing has awful recoil.

All the Ult and reworked characters in S3 have come out great. Nell, Ult Luna, Lepic rework, Jayber, Blair and Bunny are all good. I haven't tested Freyna yet but I had some random Freynas join me in pubs and they were doing more than they used to with the older Contagion builds.

I kind of believe them now that they are actually balancing this game properly. Now I just have to wait for the Hailey, Kyle, and Ajax buffs.
