Grats bro. I use Eve/Astra so I just use Eve's chains and ults whenever they are available, and prioritize Seed damage since she gets a lot more for the DA buff. Otherwise just try to keep the buffs up (they're pretty long, 40s I think) and try not to mega punch into the bosses iframes which is annoying.

Mind you I don't think Caesar/Burnice are "bad" but they're both very objectively not tier 1. Power is relative still and the agents around them (Evelynn, Yanagi, Alice, Vivian) are meta-defining in ways they simply are not.
