Dirt is legit very good right now despite receiving no direct support. It counters a huge chunk of the meta. The decks that dumpster it still dumpster it but no one is playing them anymore. Crest is a swingy match up. If they remove Lilanthem, dirt loses. If they don't, Lilanthem eats the burn every turn. You should expect crest haven to draw Marwynn every turn, but dirt out draws crest haven and crest can't always hold the banish for Lilanthem if they want to survive so it's not weird for the game state to be like, Lilanthem, banish, Lilanthem, banish, Lilanthem, no answer, dirt wins.
Still probably a bad match up but it's not the unwinnable match up a lot of people think it is. If crest started packing more Himekas it might be awful but they don't so Lilanthem just runs away with the game pretty often.

Dirt was already favoured against spellboost in IE. They can't deal with Lilanthem at all, so spellboost can only try to heal through her damage for long enough to stall to OTK which is really hard now because dirt can burst for 15 damage in one turn. People weren't playing dirt to counter spellboost because midsword, ward haven and midabyss which were all common countered dirt really hard and honestly still do, but the spellboost match up is braindead easy for dirt.

I can't beat Crest Haven as Rune if I don't get Satan+DClimb or DClimb into 20 damage burst. How the fuck do you do it? Their pressure is fucking insane. and the 0 attack wards cuck my Kuon burst turns and make them impossible with shikigami.

There is like no reason to not bring haven in a tournament, the deck is both easy and strong which is important to avoid burnout in long tournaments.

The mirror is fucking awful though, almost as bad as rune.

That's your only out. Gil helps too, so never drop her before 10. Unlike other crafts you can stay on relatively low hp(relatively) just work on surviving as long as possible to do the otk and set up (like never use your shikigamis)

Its a hard matchup, like 35-65. The issue is you need to put way more effort than the Haven player. They can also brick harder than you, they need to drop their damage crest on curve.

Play every single heal card and draw card possible and last until the otk, crest is a slow deck so this is pretty feasible
Alternatively play a class with crests and beat them at their own game with way better crests
